Health Services

Covered by all statutory health insurance funds

Laboratory diagnostics
The diagnostic services include blood, urine, and stool tests (including calprotectin and elastase determination as well as pathogen detection). In addition, an acute laboratory service, nutrient analyses, and allergological testing are available.

Basic surgical services
The range includes minor surgical procedures such as removal of staples and sutures, dressing changes, and the treatment of acute and chronic wounds.

Infusion therapies
We offer a range of infusions, including pain infusions and iron infusions, as well as subcutaneous pain infiltrations.

Vaccinations (in accordance with the current Austrian vaccination recommendations)
The following vaccinations are available without additional cost:

  • All vaccinations provided under the free childhood vaccination program
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Influenza vaccination
  • Herpes zoster (shingles) vaccination (free of charge from 60 years of age)
  • Pneumococcal vaccination (free of charge from 60 years of age)
  • HPV vaccination (free of charge up to and including 30 years of age)

24-hour blood pressure monitoring
We offer continuous blood pressure monitoring over a period of 24 hours, which enables a precise assessment of the blood pressure situation.

ECG
In cases of acute complaints in the chest area or prior to surgery, an ECG examination is available. The electrocardiogram records the heart’s electrical activity and enables the diagnosis of various cardiac functional disorders.

Mother–Child Health Passport (Mutter-Kind-Pass) examinations
We offer internal medicine examinations and oral glucose tolerance tests (oGTT) during pregnancy.

Pre-operative clearance
Pre-operative assessments include ECG, laboratory diagnostics, and, if required, an X-ray referral; individual services may be subject to a fee.

Physical therapy
The therapeutic spectrum includes methods such as electrotherapy (stimulation current) and microwave therapy, used to support the healing process.

Private (self-pay)

Please note that these examinations are not covered by health insurance and must therefore be paid for by the patient.

Extended laboratory diagnostics
We offer additional laboratory tests that can be financed privately, including extended hormone profiles, nutrient and micronutrient status, gut flora analyses as part of microbiome diagnostics, and specific allergy tests.

PRP treatment (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
We offer PRP treatment as a regenerative form of therapy in which the body’s own platelet-rich plasma is used to support healing processes. This procedure is used, among other indications, for chronic tendon irritation, joint complaints, muscular injuries, and to support skin and hair regeneration (e.g., after hair transplantations).

Repuls7
Repuls 7 refers to an LED-based medical deep radiator that delivers pulsed, high-intensity red light and is used to support wound and scar treatment as well as an complementary measure for musculoskeletal complaints, for example chronic pain and joint and muscle symptoms.
The application is non-invasive and can be used as an adjunct therapy option, particularly for patients who tolerate analgesics poorly or wish to reduce their overall medication burden.

Lifestyle, nutrition (including “weight-loss injections”), and prevention counselling
We offer structured consultations focusing on nutrition, exercise, stress regulation and sleep hygiene in order to support preventive measures in a targeted manner. In cases of long-standing weight problems, GLP-1 receptor agonists as well as modern combination preparations such as GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonists (= weight-loss injections) may also be considered.

Vitamin and restorative infusions
Infusions with high-dose vitamins are available and are used to stabilize the immune system, support fatigue syndromes, and improve regenerative capacity.

Medical certificates (attestations)
We issue certificates in accordance with the requirements of the respective institution. Many sports clubs and travel cancellation insurance providers use specific forms that are required for issuance. These documents must be brought to the appointment, as no blank forms are available. Insurance certificates often consist of multi-page documents with extended examinations and are in some cases billed directly to the insurance provider.

Rapid tests
Various diagnostic rapid tests are available.

Capillary blood (finger prick):

  • CRP to assess acute bacterial inflammation
  • D-dimer to rule out an acute thrombosis
  • hs-troponin I to detect an acute coronary event

Nasal/throat swab:

  • Group A streptococci when bacterial tonsillitis is suspected
  • Influenza A/B
  • SARS-CoV-2 antigen
  • RSV

Caregiver leave certificates (Pflegefreistellungen)
Caregiver leave certificates are private services and should be reimbursed by the employer. Please clarify in advance whether the employer will cover the costs.

Advance healthcare directive (Patientenverfügung)
An advance healthcare directive is a legally binding document that specifies medical measures for situations in which independent decision-making capacity no longer exists. It defines diagnostic, therapeutic, and life-sustaining interventions that are desired or to be refused, thereby providing clear guidance for the treating team. Preparation takes place in a consultation lasting approximately 30 to 60 minutes. All necessary documents are provided by us; prior preparation is not required.
